We are proud to say that we have an ultra-modern manufacturing facility assuring high quality Metal Rolls. We have three manufacturing facilities and different varieties of Metal Rolls are manufactured in each facility.
Our Melting shop is equipped with Induction Furnaces for casting of Metal Rolls. Static and Centrifugal casting are used to produce Metal Rolls of highest quality. Perfect Rolls can produce Metal Rolls weighing up to 6 metric tonnes with diameters ranging from 150 mm to 600 mm.
Laboratory and Testing equipment
Testing facility comprises of an ultra-modern Laboratory that is equipped with Ultrasonic testing machine, Analysis Instruments, C and S analysis and digital Hardness testers to maintain quality of the Rolls.

Our Manpower & Engineers are Highly skilled to manufacture high quality products. We have excellent backing of various resources to meet the requirements of the clients. We have developed a robust infrastructure that is well furnished with advanced production facilities. Our infrastructure has also enabled in bringing out cost effective chill rolls
We have complete backup for the turning of rolls. We have turning capacity from 25mm diameter to 600mm diameter on different kind heavy rolls turning machines.
